Kawasaki ZX-6R - A new bike with the latest technology

A MotoGP Tecnology- Supersport Bike

Introduced the ZX-6R in 1995 and won Supersport category award for MasterBike 2004 and 2005, Kawasaki improved The ZX-6R every year to compete with CBR600RR, GSX-6R and YZF-R6.

Using a former 125 cc GP racer as the ZX-6R's chief development rider, Tomomi Manako, Kawasaki claims a focus has been put on track usage. Frame, swingarm, suspension, brakes, and body are completely redesigned and the bike shares very few parts from the previous model since 2008.

The greatest changes for 2009 were the redesign of the exhaust, now carried low and not requiring the thick under-seat construction of 2008 and especially the introduction of the BPF (Big Piston Fork) suspension from SHOWA for a more progressive brake-dive imported from MotoGP technology.

2009 ZX-6R 10kg lighter than last year with the same basic construction (resulting in 191 kg dry as opposed to 205 kg in 2008)and certainly feels lighter, more lively and turns in much easier.

Yamaha R6 - Yamaha Motorcycles

Yamaha R6 2009

Introduced in 1999 and has been improved till now, 599 Cc with liquid cooled DOHC and 16-titanium Valves 2009 Yamaha R6 has become an unbeatable combination of power and handling in the middleweight super sport class motorcycles.

Yamaha achieve the engine performance that is so hard to vie with. While the YCC-I ( Yamaha Chip Controlled Intake ) system ensures excellent cylinder filling and broader powerband, the YCC-T

( Yamaha Chip Controlled Throttle ) dual-injector system complements for the 13.1:1 compression ratio and implicit greater throttle response.

On the specifications on Wiki, the power of Yamaha R6 2009 noted to 99.6 kW (135 PS) @ 14,500 rpm with direct air induction / 94.9 kW (129 PS) @ 14,500 rpm without direct air induction althought in February 2006, there was a case that Yamaha admitted the bike's true engine redline was more than 1,000 rpm lower than displayed on the tachometer than advertised.

With the areodinamis's design, Yamaha R6 was the first production motorcycle with a fly-by-wire throttle system for flawless response under all conditions.

For noted that Yamaha R6 with Carl Curtchlow ( a Germany of Worl Super Sport Rider ) currently still leading in World Supersport Class.

Prices start at US$9,990. Details on the official Yamaha website here

Honda CBR600RR-The ultimate middleweight sportbike experience

Honda CBR600RR

Honda CBR600RR has won every world supersport title since its introduction in 2003.

Developed from and inspired by the Honda RC211V MotoGP bike Honda CBR600 receives the "RR" designation for "Race Replica".

Since Honda CBR600RR was launch , it has so many changes now .

On 5 September, 2008, Honda introduced a revised CBR600RR for the 2009 model year.

The new CBR600RR have an available option of "Combined ABS".

The first ABS system for the Supersport class, drive by wire's technological combine with system electronics that most link among wheeled front and the back. 2 size front the disks 310 mm whereas measure back 220 mm .

Other changes include updates to the engine ,piston, cylinder head and kenalpotwhich improved torque from 8000 rpm to 12000 rpm and improved fairings that enhance stability and reduce noise emission levels, and new color schemes which were designed to attract a wider range of riders.

Comprehensive changes on sasis and form so its weight just 184 Kg.

This was achieved through weight savings in the engine, exhaust, and chassis and continues to remain the lightest bike in the supersport class.

It deliver super throttle response and a direct drive feel.

There are two fully automatic modes: D (Drive) is for maximum economy and for those in no hurry, while S (Sport) offers more immediate and snappy response.

The result of thoroughly pursuing a style that is both luxurious and relaxing, easy and individualistic

totally new sensations in sports riding .
