Yamaha FZ1 – The naked YZR R1

Featured with a light - strong aluminium frame , adjustable suspension and 998cc fuel injected previous R1 power, the Yamaha FZ1 really become an aggressive naked - bike.

The naked bike Yamaha FZ1 added with some additional like a half-cowl fairing design with dual 12 volt 60/55 watt multi reflector R1 style headlight layout and high-tech instrument display on the speedometer , two pieces seat , passenger grabrails , durable O-ring-sealed drive chain and standard toolkit located in convenient storage compartment under passenger seat.

On the engine , the 998cc DOHC 20-valve previous generation R1 engine was adopted with tremendous mid-range punch and massive top-end power tuned.
R1-style fuel injection also include with computer-controlled sub-throttle valves provides precise fuel/air mixture for superb power delivery across the entire rev range.

We almost can say that the Yamaha FZ1 is the Yamaha YZR – R1 on naked.

Honda CBR1000RR

To replace the CBR954RR, Honda CBR1000RR that also known as Honda “ FireBlade ” used many of the new technology introduced in the Honda CBR600RR.
As we know the CBR600RR was the replica of MotoGP bike RC211V .

Since introduced at 2004 with 999cc liquit-cooled inline four-cylinder engine, the CBR1000RR specification did change but not too much.
Like the 2009 CBR1000RR reminded the same as 2008 in terms of engine , style and performance which had 999cc ( 60.9 cu in ) inline four engine , Engine Control Unit ( ECU ) , Slipper clutch , Honda Electronic Steering Damper ( HESD ) except the Combined ABS ( C-ABS )

Yamaha YZR - R1

The MotoGP technology on Superbike

First introduced in 1998 with 20 valve.
Yamaha YZF1000RR or YZR-R1 2009 has only 16 valve but made from titanium.
The 998cc YZR-R1 engine is also equipped with an all-new 998cc inline four-cylinder engine with a crossplane crankshaft ( MotoGP winning YZR-M1 technology ) that runs with an uneven firing interval of 270º - 180º - 90º – 180º and make the new engine feels and sounds smoother than ever, and emits an unforgettable growl from the exhaust.

Keep the fuel Injection with YCC-T and YCC-I as its previous ,the YZR- R1 push out 182 PS at 12,500 rpm with 115.5 Nm of torque at 10,000 rpm ( without ram-air ).

With an all-new Deltabox chassis the YZR-R1 is more closely linked to MotoGP winning M1 than ever before .

Suzuki Gladius

SV650 Reborn

Perform in new body style appealed by its advance Suzuki SV650,
Suzuki Gladius
so stylish with appearance like Ducati Monster aluminium frame and new stylish knalpot.

Targetting begginers and woman riders segment as the market, Suzuki Gladius can reach 217 km/h even it was heavier 30kg appealed by SV650.

The engine updates based on motorcycle.com

Cylinders receive racing-derived SCEM (Suzuki Composite Eletrochemical Material) for better heat dissipation, reduced friction, etc.

5% increase in crankshaft inertia enhances low-to-mid range output and “highlights power-pulse feel.”

Single spring per valve versus the SV650’s two springs per valve reduces inertia weight, and thereby mechanical losses.

High-lift cam for increased torque.

Throttle body intake funnels, though longer than what the SV650 used, are two different lengths for improved mid-range.

Idle Speed Control (ISC) system integrated into throttle body –first ever on any Suzuki street bike– improves idle, cold starting and eliminates additional wiring and hoses. The same 10-hole fuel injectors used on the GSX-R600 and 750 offer better atomization of fuel mixture. Two Iridium-tip spark plugs per cylinder complete the package for more thorough, consistent combustion which in turn is claimed to lead to better economy, emissions, power, etc.

All new compact exhaust with mid-chamber is claimed to increase low and mid-range torque while different length exhaust pipes allegedly improve low-end performance; exhaust design also contributes to lower CoG.

New radiator is smaller; oil cooler is now liquid-to-liquid rather than air-cooled, and its new design helps centralize mass.

Ninja 250R – The best selling little Ninja

The little Ninja that does things way better than it should

Entered the American market in 1986 ( 1983 -Japan ) known as EX250 or GPZ-250R,
Ninja 250R ( EX250-J ) is the fourth generation of the 249cc Kawasaki Ninja and has been often used as a starting class bike in club racing around the world ( wiki ) where 62% of Ninja 250 owners are new riders, and 33% of that group is women.

Since 1986 the Ninja 250R has been among the best selling bikes in Kawasaki's line up.

With 249cc liquid cooled DOHC and pararel twin engine, the Ninja 250R can run ¼ mile in 14.6 seconds at 88 mph

The Kawasaki Ninja 250R is a good motorcycle , it works perfectly with light handling, good fuel economy, and comfortable riding posture.

Honda CBR 250RR - Most powerful 4-stroke That had no official confirmed

Honda CBR250RR 1999
Manufacturer : Honda

Production : 1986-1999

Engine : 250 cc 4-stroke inline 4

Top speed : 180 - 200 km/h (124 mph)

Power : 30-34 kW

Transmission : 6-speed Weight 142 kg (313 lb) (dry),
157 kg (346 lb) (wet)

249cc - MC14e - 4 Stroke - 16 valve - Liquid Cooled - Inline Four and 6-gear Honda CBR250RR ( 1999 ) first produced at 1986 only ever sold new in Japan and later in Australia, but they can be found in almost any country of the world as grey market imports.

None of the models of CBR 250RR have been officially confirmed by Honda Japan.

Not much information about Honda CBR250RR we can get except from the official Honda Service Manual for CBR250RR because of that.

Top speed 165 km/h ( 190-200 km/h version 1988-1993 ) , Honda CBR250RR is known as the 'tri-colour' due to the fact that most (but not all) of the official bikes came in that particular colour scheme.

Would be the new CBR250RR seen on the road in 2010 to compete with ZXR250, GSX-R250 or FZR250 ?
